On the apprenticeship for Information technology - Systems engineering, you will learn the following skills:
- Putting PC, laptop, server, printer, multimedia devices and network components into operation
- Helping with innovative, cross-departmental IT-projects
- Supporting users with questions and problems as part of the Service Desk
- Monitoring and analyzing the network and helping with troubleshooting
- Supporting exciting and varied IT topics during the entire apprenticeship period
