Dalinger operates six stores in the Hamburg area. Its flagship store in Meckelfeld was extensively modernised in 2024: wood, glass and anthracite-coloured elements create a modern ambience, while efficient LED ring lights replace the old lighting. A striking core element of the store is the stylish refrigeration equipment from HAUSER, which not only impresses with its open, transparant appearance, but also saves around 30% in energy.
With over 25,000 items, the new store offers an expanded range, including many regional fresh products. Highlights include the HAUSER VINIA refrigerated island with snacks and sushi, the Tchibo coffee station and modern self-service and standard checkouts. The previously separate organic section has been skilfully integrated into the overall range, creating more space for vegetarian products.
The transparent REFINO, REMETA and MERANIS refrigerated cabinets from HAUSER ensure clarity and a modern look. Another highlight are the panoramic glass MERANIS frozen food islands, which clearly showcase the frozen food range.
The new transparent HAUSER refrigerated cabinets require less space but offer more presentation space and contribute to energy savings thanks to state-of-the-art refrigeration technology. The CO₂ refrigeration system with heat recovery saves additional energy. This reduces operating costs and also achieves maximum sustainability.
