‘Career with apprenticeship’ is an integral part of our company. We also place great emphasis on training young talent throughout Germany, where we have five locations: Bochum, Osnabrück, Lohmar, Karlsruhe and Würzburg. Based on the principle of ‘learning by doing’, we actively support our trainees and regularly visit our headquarters and workshop in Linz, Austria, together. Through various joint activities, we strengthen the sense of togetherness, because appreciation and treating each other as equals are very important at HAUSER from day one. After successfully completing their training, we are happy to offer our trainees permanent employment. Young talents at HAUSER have the opportunity to pursue different career paths, and we are happy to support them in this.
