You will learn skills that are useful for a career in administration, purchasing, sales, accounting or that are relevant to the payroll office. In summary, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly in the day-to-day office routine.
- Making professional phone calls, coordinating meetings (including for supervisors), taking minutes and keeping records
- Preparing quotations and invoices, as well as accepting and processing orders
- Coordinating the receipt of quotations and goods, inspecting goods and checking invoices
- Creating presentations
- Bookkeeping: invoice posting and document coordination
