- Commissioning of PCs, laptops, servers, printers, multimedia devices and network components
- Participation in innovative, cross-departmental IT projects
- Supporting users in the company as a service desk contact point
- Monitoring and analysis of the internal company network, as well as troubleshooting
- Dealing with a variety of IT issues in your daily work
