GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
COMPETITION COLOURING PICTURE

1.    Subject

  • The following General Terms and Conditions of Participation regulate participation in the competition organised by HAUSER GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Organiser’ or ‘HAUSER’), Am Hartmayrgut 4-6, 4040 Linz on behalf of the HAUSER group of companies and which can be accessed at www.hauser.com/christmas. You can find further contact details in the imprint. 
  • The Organiser is also the person responsible for data protection in accordance with Art. 4(7) GDPR.
  • By participating in the competition, the participants accept these General Terms and Conditions of Participation. 

2.    Eligibility

  • All employees of the HAUSER group of companies who are in a valid employment or service relationship until the end of the duration of the competition are entitled to participate. Over the course of this competition, this includes the following people:
    – People who have an employment contract where HAUSER is the employer.
    – People who have an apprenticeship contract where HAUSER is the authorised trainer.
    – People who have a service contract with a personnel service provider as the employer, as well as a leasing notification where HAUSER is the employer.
    The following companies are part of the HAUSER group of companies:

    - HAUSER-Zagreb d.o.o.
    - HAUSER spol. s r.o.
    - HAUSER Polska sp. z o.o.

    - HAUSER d.o.o.
    - HAUSER France SARL
    - HAUSER Refrigeration UK Ltd.
  • Taking part in the competition is voluntary, free-of-charge, and not linked to the purchase of any goods or services. There is no cash alternative to the prizes.

3.    Participation

  • The competition will take place from 16.11.2020 to 17.01.2021. 
  • To participate in the competition, you must colour in the colouring picture. The finished work of art then has to be photographed. You will automatically be entered into the competition when you send your photo to marketing@hauser.com. It is only possible to take part within the part period. Entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the draw. Only one submitted application per participant can be entered into the competition. It is free to take part in the competition.

4.    Notification of participants and competition process

  • The winners will be randomly selected in private from  all participants who have sent a photo of the coloured-in picture to marketing@hauser.com. There will then be a draw to win 1 of 10 Amazon vouchers worth EUR 100. The winners will be notified of their prize by 31.01.2021. It is not possible to transfer the prize to other people and there is no cash alternative. 
  • Should the contact details provided by the winner be incorrect or invalid, HAUSER is not obliged to look for the correct details. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details are at the expense of the participants.
  • The winner is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes.

5.    Duties and responsibilities

  • It is not permitted to play on behalf of a third party or to participate using a false identity. 
  • HAUSER is not liable for any damage as a result of errors, delays or interruptions in data transmission, malfunctions of technical equipment, inaccurate content, loss or deletion of data.

6.    Data Protection Notice

  • User data is processed with extreme care and in compliance with legislation. All transferred data will be processed exclusively on the basis of the participant’s consent. Further details can be found in the HAUSER Privacy Policy.
  • HAUSER reserves the right to publish the first name, first letter of the surname and location of winners.

7.    Right of modification and exclusion of warranty

  • HAUSER reserves the right to change, supplement or cancel the lottery at any time without providing a reason, insofar as this is necessary for implementing a simple and reliable procedure and in particular to prevent misuse, or for other reasons. No claims against the Organiser can be derived from this.

8.    Miscellaneous

  • Recourse to the courts shall be excluded.
  • Amendments and supplements to these General Terms and Conditions of Participation must be made in writing.
  • Austrian law shall apply exclusively, excluding conflict of law rules. The place of jurisdiction of the Organiser's registered office shall be agreed as valid for all disputes arising during the execution of this contractual relationship,.
  • All references to people and roles in the masculine form used in these General Terms and Conditions of Participation shall equally apply to the feminine form.
