Studying is a thing of the past. With this training programme, you will have just as many opportunities open to you. Your future training company has been in existence for 75 years. A total of over 1,000 colleagues are looking forward to your arrival. You will only benefit from this job, because ice cream (Ben & Jerry's) only tastes good when it's frozen, and your job with us is secure even after your training. Your training allowance, depending on the year of training, is between £850 and £1,870 gross per month. In addition, you will receive a 13th training allowance. Expenses and a contribution to the company pension scheme are added on top.

During your training with us, you will learn the following:
- Planning, installation, maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems
- Knowledge of installing pipe networks and metalworking
- In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering, measurement and control technology
- On-site fault and malfunction diagnosis as well as via digital remote service
- Responsible use of environmentally friendly refrigerants
- Participation in training and further education courses at the in-house Hauser Academy

- You have a secondary school leaving certificate
- Maths and physics are your favourite subjects
- You have an interest in and skill with technical and manual work
