Ausbildungsleiter Rupert Danninger erhält goldene INEO-Nadel

4 November was a very special day for HAUSER, Austria’s largest training provider in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology:
At the INEO Gala in Wels, Training Manager Rupert Danninger received the Golden INEO Pin for the first time. At the same time, HAUSER was once again recertified as an exemplary training company.

INEO-certified companies stand for training with the highest standards of innovation, sustainability and commitment.
The award is presented by the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce to companies that demonstrate outstanding training quality. Regular recertification confirms the above-average commitment of the refrigeration technology specialist to training young professionals and its contribution to strengthening the image of apprenticeships in Austria.

This year, HAUSER GmbH was also nominated for the INEO Award as one of only three companies. Particularly decisive qualities include innovative apprenticeship training and free support for apprentices from other refrigeration technology companies – for example through courses and personal training.
In addition, the attractiveness of dual training is promoted through targeted measures: these include regular trade fair appearances, regional events and cooperation with schools to inform about the opportunities and benefits of apprenticeships.

The commitment of Head of Apprenticeship Training Rupert Danninger paid off and was honoured at this year’s INEO Gala with the Golden INEO Pin:
“We are particularly pleased with this award, which confirms our leading commitment to training in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology,” said Danninger.
